Forget grilled cheese sandwich croutons! Here is a new cheesy bread to soak into your favorite soup! You can add as much or as little cheese you want. It goes so well with my Morocco creamy & spicy tomato soup.

@stonefirenaan – Stone Fire Naan Pizza Crust
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 jalapeño, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp red chili flakes
1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
2 tbsp Cilantro , chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a small combine melted butter, chopped garlic, red chili flakes, chopped cilantro, and salt. Brush naan with prepared butter and top it with chopped jalapeño and sprinkle some shredded mozzarella.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, until naan has crisped, and cheese is melted and golden brown. Garnish with more cilantro.
