
Pomegranate Ginger Paloma are on deck for tonight. This ruby red cocktail you need for the holidays! Vibrant, cheerful, gingery-minty and bubbly. It’s made with grapefruit juice, pomegranate juice, lime juice, tequila homemade ginger simple syrup and a splash of soda. It’s easily made in cocktail shaker or it can be made pitcher style for a crowd too.

Pomegranate Ginger Paloma

3 oz pomegranate juice
2 oz grapefruit juice
1 oz lime juice
1.5 oz ginger syrup, recipe above
2-3 ounces tequila
Club soda for topping
Mint for garnish
Pomegranate arils for garnish
- GINGER SYRUP
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
10 slices of fresh ginger
10-15 leaves mint
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add the sugar, water, ginger and mint to a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Let this mixture boil gently for a few minutes in law flame and cover the pan and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes. Double-strain the mixture and store in a jar.
- Add few ice in cocktail shaker and add tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, ginger syrup, and pomegranate juice. Shake for 20 seconds And Pour over ice and top with splash of a club soda and garnish with mint & pomegranate arils.
